The Process of Perfection
The Paradox of Perception: Seeing Beyond the Illusion
The process of perfection, a paradox of perception, invites us to live a life of undying relaxation. All that is required of you is to not resist the flow of Life.
You perceive a need to breathe, yet paradoxically, breathing just happens, like the light from the sun. You do not need to learn how to breathe better, but rather to let go of resisting breathing naturally.
All negativity comes up to be released, and you need only be relaxed. You are, in this instant, perfect, yet perceptually becoming more perfect. You are a paradox of process, moving from perfect to perfect, and it is your clear perception of this that cultivates progressive relaxation.
It is only your fear of the sensation of fear that keeps you from staying relaxed. Resisting sensations of fear and variations of it is what cuts off the natural flow of life-affirming relaxedness.
The entirety of the Universe allows the entirety of the Universe.
It is only you, in your perceptions, who rebut this fact, and that act of rebuttal is a resistance to Love.
Love flows, knows, and goes from perfect to perfect and you need but stay in kind awareness of this reality to experience the fruit of deep, ever-expanding relaxation.
Reclaiming Innocence: Letting Go of Judgment
Do not complicate your life.
Your life is simply a concentrated, localized expression of infinity. The more you allow, the more you avow to integrate what is natural, and the most natural thing is innocence.
Not one single expression of localized Life is guilty, neither by intrinsic existence nor by supposed time-bound action, for it is only us humans who can conceptualize of right and wrong.
There is only right in the sense of what truly exists, and what truly exists is but Love.
Breaking Free from Collective Narratives
All judgments are based in imagination and become shared myth, shared delusion.
We program ourselves by allowing collective narratives to infiltrate our unconscious—the more you remain conscious and reject these dominating negative narratives, the more you return to the clear, open space of your innate inner innocence.
You can verify this so easily and obviously by recognizing the shared life energy between you and any other expression of the Universe other than a human.
No badger,
no otter,
no beaver,
no deer,
no plant,
seemingly ugly or beautiful,
do you ever seriously consider judging by the merit of right and wrong.
The cosmos is not asking you to uphold yourself to a standard that does not exist intrinsically. So the paradox of perception is that when perceiving is not recognized, it blinds you from the seeming process of perfection.
Remind yourself every day to remind yourself as much as you can remember, that though this perfection process takes place within seeming space and time, it actually arises spontaneously from Source that is beyond and before space and time.
Which is to say,
that which holds your existence
knows no judgment,
and if that which holds your existence
knows no judgment,
then it is a proud folly to maintain this illusory judgment
against yourself and other sentient beings.
In this releasing of judgment, we find ourselves already standing in the vast field of our own liberation—a freedom that has always been present beneath the narratives we’ve carried.
The Elixir of Liberation: Self-Honesty and Happiness
You are free now, innocent forever.
You are free to reject this, you are also free to release yourself from the habitual rejection.
Kindness is a cocktail of radical self-honesty and happiness:
You draw from any true inner place of happiness to remember how humbling it is to exist at all, and this propels your desire to remain honest with yourself.
You then recognize, when you are honest, that the humility to do so is not meager, but powerful, for the most humbling thing is to affirm truth and that which is exactly as it is. Denying reality is pride; allowing reality is humility.
Observation vs. Judgment: The Path to Clear Perception
Judging life breeds strife.
Observing life blooms light.
Observation, in this sense, is truly its most base definition: to witness through clear perception, without any tint or shade of comparison to previous concepts or sensing.
Concepts cannot run your life if you allow yourself to progressively relax.
A life of Love is one that allows itself and the rest of the universe to relax into our shared spontaneous, undefined, indestructible essence.
No words,
no actions,
no deeds,
no duties,
no deliberations,
no commentary,
no comparisons
can be the initiator or intention of a relaxed life. Be reminded that a relaxed life is the closest thing to living truthfully. One can be relaxed even as the sensation of fear arises, but without first tasting and trusting in this truth, you will spin your wheels for eons by fighting a fake fight—the only fight there is is remembering there is none.
Notice how the body holds tension—not as something to correct or fix, but as a sacred messenger inviting you into deeper presence. In moments of witnessing without interference, something beyond words unfolds that cannot be captured by solitary contemplation alone.
God as Context:
Peace is as natural as the very nature of nature. God is the source and presence of beauty, joy, love, stillness, and peace. God is not a picture of a person; God is not an entity separate and above creation. God is but what is—form and formless, time and timeless, space and spaceless.
For you as someone who has been indoctrinated by constriction, domination, and resistance, it serves your dedication to relaxation to recognize the process of perfection as leaning more on the side of God as context and not content.
To recognize God as context rather than content is to shift from seeking the divine as something to be found, to realizing it as the very awareness through which all finding happens. This subtle shift—often resistant to conceptual understanding alone—transforms everything without changing anything at all.
A restricted, tight, tense person will find relief in meditating and contemplating on the open, formless, non-linear context of God. This will then imbue your perception of content and seeming separate, individual, sentient beings as unfathomably, and at times truly unbearably, beautiful.
The Silence of God: Imbuing Perception with Beauty
It is residing and relaxing in the ground of your being, known as the Silence of God, that imbues your perception with beauty.
All things reveal themselves to you as they are when you intend with utter dedication to see clearly. And this takes us back to humility and self-honesty; these components then cultivate the soil for spontaneous happiness, not based on attaining or achieving a desire, but based in being deeply present with what is, so that your natural, inner joy bubbles up and manifests as happiness.
In the weight of your body against the earth, in the soft sound of breath moving through your body—here the mind can grow quiet enough to sense the presence that has always held you. This presence reveals itself most clearly in communion with others who have learned to rest within it.
This innate joy cannot be touched, scathed, nor shifted by anyone or anything, for it stems from Source itself. The process of perfection is, therefore, a cultivation of beauty at the root of your being, so that the inner light of all things shine forth to you in obvious, clear, paradoxical perception.
The Power of Noticing:
How many times have you come to noticing pain in the body when it was at a level that was already above 0?
How many times have you come to noticing a sound halfway through its arch?
Just because you do not notice a thing means nothing about the thing’s existence. But when you do notice without judgment, it uplifts both you and the thing to never-before-seen levels of Love.
This is why we say:
to be seen is to be loved,
is to be known,
is to be safe,
because pure, innocent seeing from one to another is the One Life recognizing Its very nature in Itself. The same Life that is in and is you, that recognizes the same Life that is and is in another, rejoices at that moment and grows and evolves.
This is why science says energy is ever-expanding; spirituality calls this Love.
Love is the very nature of existence—to know Itself in ever-evolving, spontaneously miraculous, and beautiful ways.
Think about what’s happening when you really hear clearly the songbirds singing. That is the process of perfection, the paradox of perception. Somehow, the One Life hears Itself, and in that hearing, Love expands exponentially.
Relaxation as Liberation: Releasing Negativity
There is no limit to what Love will do. All darkness, all suffering is but denial of this base of the foundation of existence, and that denial perpetuates unclear perception turned judgment; judgment clouds perception, cuts off Love’s flow of Life.
Think about a channel being cut off and realize that this is you when you tense up, when you resist fear. If you could relax back behind your perceptions of the sensations, of emotions, you will release, as is your natural tendency, negativity at an exponential rate.
This is the only way to our fantasies of world peace. This is why some people have given their life up for Love because they have realized that their self is not but one little life but the same cosmic consciousness that is in and holds everything.
This truth lives within ordinary moments—the felt sense of impatience arising, the subtle constriction in your throat during difficult conversations. When met with spacious awareness rather than resistance, these everyday tensions dissolve not through technique, but through the transformative quality of awareness itself—a dissolution that deepens immeasurably when first witnessed in the presence of one who embodies this truth.
So, the pursuit of peace becomes the natural expression of a life that recognizes its universality. And in your everyday modern life, this looks like kindness, which is merely self-honesty and humility reaching outward from within.
And again, this cocktail cultivates a tender soil for true, untouchable happiness to bloom.
So be confident that the more you relax, the more you remember kindness.
You are paving the pathway to your own true happiness, straight back to universal peace.
The Perfection Paradox Realized
And so we return to the paradox with which we began: you are perfect, yet becoming more perfect. This is no contradiction when seen through clear perception. As you release judgment and embrace relaxation, the process of perfection reveals itself not as a journey toward something better, but as the gradual unveiling of what has always been true.
The paradox dissolves in the light of awareness, though this dissolution often requires presence that transcends solitary contemplation. Like a wave that both is the ocean and is becoming the ocean in each moment, you are both complete and continuously unfolding. This is the infinite dance of Love knowing itself through you, as you—a dance that deepens when witnessed and held in compassionate community.
Words can only point to this truth; they cannot embody it fully. The true transmission of this understanding happens in the sacred space of direct presence—where one who has recognized their true nature meets another in the field beyond concepts.
It is in this meeting that the paradox of perfection finds its most beautiful expression.
